Worried about a colleague choosing ‘Password’ as their password? In Silverstripe CMS, you can set requirements for password complexity. You can also require multi-factor authentication to make sure they’re logging in with more than one method of verification.

Silverstripe CMS is open-source, but, unlike other open-source products, it comes with the support of a team of developers at Silverstripe Limited. The team contributes to the Silverstripe CMS, and vulnerabilities are urgently resolved by them.

Support commitments
New versions of Silverstripe CMS are released with commitments, which are clear about which versions of the CMS are supported, and when older versions will stop being supported. If you’re using an older version of Silverstripe CMS, there will always be plenty of notice when a release is coming, and when you’ll need to upgrade to a supported version.

Session manager
Not sure if you forgot to log out? Session manager lets you easily manage your sessions across multiple devices. Review sessions for your account, and if you see something you don’t expect, you can force log out.
Higher security for riskier actions
Need extra security for a specific change? The security extension allows you to add sudo mode, so that riskier operations require elevated permissions.
