Easy to use
You don’t need to use third party tools to create surveys and forms. Silverstripe CMS makes it easy to build forms that are as simple or complex as you need. Create a form, add fields, customise those fields, and you’ve got a form!
Sections and multi-page forms
You can divide the form into sections, or provide guidance within the form by using headings and HTML fields. You can also create multi-page forms by adding a page break.
Secure submissions
The data your users submit into a form is kept as safe and secure as your website itself. Silverstripe CMS allows you to customise your security settings to be as strong as they need to be.

Data collection
Don’t forget that it’s always a good idea to check whether you’re allowed to collect the data you’re asking for in your form, and that you’re following the rules for storing and maintaining it.
Different ways to review submissions
Review your form submissions in the way that works best for you and your team. You can review submissions within the Submissions tab, print them, or export them as a .CSV file.
